A bunch of Democrat state A.G.s have filed a lawsuit against Glock:
“Attorneys general in Minnesota and New Jersey sued Glock on Thursday, accusing the company of making handguns that are easily modified to fire as illegal machine guns through a cheap add-on known as a “Glock switch.” … The gun maker has known for decades that its weapons are uniquely receptive to the switches and has not taken steps to change its design, according to the lawsuits …”
By definition, this has nothing to do with Glock. It is a third party modification. It’s like saying Ford has done nothing to prevent drunk drivers from getting behind the wheel of their cars. If we had a functioning legal system this garbage would be tossed out the first time it goes before a judge. Unfortunately I suspect it will drag out for a number of years before going down. I am a bit surprised that Tish James didn’t want in on this.
